Bruce Demps chaired this new project, which established a regional indicator document for health and human services needs. Published annually for ten years, these indicators were rolled into the Quality of Life Progress Report in 2002.
Results of Advocacy efforts:
- Annual Community Agenda indicators document created.
- Indicators resulted in Transportation for the Disadvantaged study.
