The executive Committee consists of the Vice Chairs of all JCCI Forward committees and is headed by the JCCI Forward chair. The Executive Committee helps to guide JCCI Forward's direction and goals. Action Plans Committee The Action Plans Committee is involved with determining the status and accomplishments of completed action plans, monitoring ongoing action plan committees as they reach toward their goals, nd designing an ongoing process to track action plans. Communications & Technology The C&T Committee works to improve the awareness of JCCI Forward Programs and results by supporting and enhancing current communications with JCCI participants, as related to the vision of the JCCI Forward Executive Committee and JCCI Communications department. Fundraising Committee The Fundraising Committee has the vital task of helping to meet fundraising goals set by the JCCI Board of Directors by working with the JCCI Development Department to identify and attract funds for the variety of programs and events offered by JCCI Forward. The Vice Chair involves JCCI Forward participants in the development of the fundraising skills critical to leadership. Committee members use a variety of tools to achieve various campaign and sponsorship goals. Issue Forum Topic Selection Committee The Topic Selection Committee meets annually to review the important issues the community proposes that the JCCI Forward Issue Forums address. Keeping in mind the five Issue Forums topic areas and relevance to important current issues, the committee members use proven criteria to narrow the topics to three. The five topic areas are: Business Climate and Economic Trends; Community Growth and Development; Enriching the Community; Human Needs; and Political Leadership and Citizen Participation. Issue Forums Management Teams JCCI Forward Issue Management Teams develop essential management and leadership skills through the development and management of the Issue Forums. Among other things, the teams develop the schedules of meetings and engage resource speakers for their respective Issue Forums. From introduction to action plan, these team members oversee the Issue Forum process.

Leadership Development Workshops Committee
The Leadership Development Workshops Committee plans interactive, half-day workshops that keep thoughts, ideas, and people moving forward. With the help of resource information and expert perspectives, these workshops allow participants to learn about local government, trusteeship, and other topics that enhance leadership skills.
Nomination Process Committee
The Nomination Process Committee is charged with the key task of addressing the process for nominations to the JCCI Forward Executive Committee.
Recruitment Committee
The Recruitment Committee works to strengthen the heart of JCCI Forward: its participants. This committee works in a variety of ways to attract, engage, and retain developing leaders and community-minded individuals in a variety of programs and events offered by JCCI Forward. Social Committee
The Social Committee keeps JCCI Forward participants connected with each other and provides them the opportunity to foster and build relationships with other community leaders. Providing venues ranging from large gatherings to intimate lunches and dinners, the committee allows JCCI Forward participants to develop leadership skills and life-long connections in an informal setting. Events include regular networking socials, Food for Thought gatherings, and Mystery Guest Lunches.
